with additional accounting work at $75/hour.  Additional fees for any other required forms. 

All K-1 recipients receive 10% off of personal returns.


W-2/1099 Preparation                                                                 $100

Prepare, mail, and file up to 10 forms.  Additional forms at $4 each.


Bookkeeping Services                                                                  $40/HR

General Ledger transaction entry, A/R, A/P, Payroll.  $200 setup fee for all new clients.

Monthly rates can be negotiated.


Accounting Services                                                                     $100/HR

Financial Statement preparation, reconciliations, compilations.

Reviews and other services negotiated per engagement

Negotiate with IRS in order to reach Offer in Compromise, Payment Plans, Levy resolution, etc.
